Grub Kitchen was started by Rajiv Bose, a musician turned foodie, in March 23, in Kurseong, Darjeeling District.
The sole aim and purpose was to sell and deliver quality food at the customers doorstep, without any delivery or packaging charges to make it a customer friendly food delivery service.
Within a few months it started gaining popularity for its varied menu, good quality food with a healthy quantity and also for its hygienic packaging and prompt delivery, within Kurseong town.
Our mission
Initially it had started as a Cloud Kitchen, preparing and delivering from the residence in March 23’.
Later on the 2nd of July 23’, it opened it first restaurant in Naya Bazaar, Kurseong, Darjeeling District, West Bengal.
Having developed a good and dedicated customer base, Grub Kitchen started four more units in Tung, Deorali, Mahanadi and Sonada (all within the adjacent areas of Kurseong and within the Darjeeling District), by May 2024.
Further, Grub Kitchen is on the verge of opening a total of 25 such units within Darjeeling District and its adjacent areas.
Our vision
Keeping the above in mind, Grub Kitchen has now started it’s institute, with a 6 months Certificate Course on Café & Dining Management, to create trained and experienced professionals to cater to their need for professional cooks, for all their present and future units within Darjeeling District and its adjacent areas and also to cater to the need of the restaurant industry, where there is always a requirement for trained and experienced professionals.
